Sound Therapy uses different vibrations to assist in healing the body, mind, and spirit. The body is made up of about 75 percent of water, which is a great conductor of vibrations. Sound therapy use instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other instruments that vibrate at specific frequencies which correspond to particular emotions. When sound therapists use instruments, they release the transformative vibrations that can allow clients to release trapped negative emotions leading to a balance of the chakras.
